Willie Davison also known as “The Chicken Wing King” had a vision to bring the best of the best of Chicken Wing Sauces to Reno, Nevada for an annual competition of the Best Sauce Around. Not only was the first year’s sauces Great! It set off an annual event now known as “The Great International Chicken Wing Society Cook-off!” and has been growing ever since. Last year in May of 2006 the Crew went to Las Vegas and had competitors from Colorado, Texas and Southern Nevada. In the same year for the fourth of July weekend they held the Finals in Downtown Reno! The Days where hot and the Chicken wing sauce got hotter. We even had coverage from Fine Living Television Network!
